Happy birthday to me!

You guessed it right, book lover. It indeed is my birthday.

Hope no one’s offended by my lovely existence around here.

Just kidding! I know y’all are feeling blessed by my lovely existence. I mean, I do post once in a blue moon, ya? 😉

Anyway, let’s not drag the intro too much. I’m officially SEVENTEEN! Oh, I cannot believe I’ve lived so many years without breaking a single bone of mine.

(That just sounded like I turned seventy.)

This birthday is a really special one to me, and it is for a couple of reasons. If I start counting you’ll probably run away or something, so I’m just going to count my b-day resolutions for now. (By resolutions, I mean amendments that will be made to the upcoming reviews, which may or may not be done. In other words, if I really feel like it ;))

Here we go!

Number 1: RATINGS

By far, if you’ve read all of my reviews, you might’ve noticed that I haven’t rated any of the books I’ve written a review on. From now, I’m going to do that, just for resplendence. I love judging.

I don’t usually include much details and extra stuff about the books I write reviews on, so I guess October 4th is going to make some progress to that. I think more details will be a great start for better reviews. (God knows if this will really work I’m such a lazy bum but anyway.)

Does that really need explaining?

Nah. I don’t think so.

Number 4: MORE TAGS?

Yes, please!

I am a HUGE tag lover, in case you haven’t noticed. And I don’t really get tagged that often, which I am kind of…sad…about? Anyway, I’ve decided to include more tags and stuff of that sort to spice things up a bit, even though I doubt my chances of blogging regularly with exams eating my brain raw.

Also, have I mentioned that I sleep a lot and waste my time?

Well. No wonder my schedule’s so darn hectic.

As much as it nags at me, I am a complete lazy bum when it comes to blogging, like, on a basis that is regular. On a regular basis. Saturday seems to be a fine day for new posts I guess, so I’m just going get down to business on the day. Of course, I can only TRY.

(I really should work on sleeping less. And also a lot of other things.)

Number 6: Nothing, really.

I’m out of ideas to adorn my posts.

I hope all of this work. I really, really hope. Please let me know if you think there’s anything else I can do to make my posts worth reading! I want to make my blog a better space for bookish peeps. They seem to love reviews (Lame joke. Someone please laugh.)

I’ll be waiting for your comments.

PS, beautiful people, make sure to follow my blog if you haven’t yet!

      Thank you, Goldie!
Yes, I AM cherishing it all i can. My only worry is that I sleep a little too much more than people my age actually should XD And sleeping too much is also taking a toll on my ebullience (that feeling in your head as though a boulder has just been loaded when you sleep a lot XD)
Besides, my mom has to complain. She’s trying to make me feel some guilt for not doing the house chores 😦

Happy birthday! Nice birthday resolutions. Here is my birthday present/advice:
You are a talented writer. Just be you. Let your voice come through loud and strong. Don’t over edit yourself. Be free. Wallow in your youthful exuberance as a writer. There will be plenty of time for refining, but your intensity and love of writing will never burn brighter than it does right now.

Now this, advice that I give to my daughters who are not writers: Be joyful and be wise; both in equal measure, as much as is possible.
